August, the big month of vacations, is here, and a peaceful vacation on the beach is exactly what is in need, after the tensed weeks that we experienced here in Israel.

Just the thought of the salty air near the sea makes me think of the nautical trend, which is going strong in my latest collection. It is a classical trend, that never actually goes away, but it seems like this year it’s especially popular.
The nautical trend is all about boating and yachting, and it is inspired by sailor clothing and themes from  the naval world.

One of the interesting materials I chose to use in this collection is rope. I was inspired by the ropes used on boats and was looking for ways to incorporate them into my jewelry.

I love how rope is used for other items as well.

The colors that rule this trend are navy blue, red and white. I love this color combination and it is also very flattering.

Apart from these colors, stripes are also a big part of the nautical trend. Almost every brand has a striped top or dress in their summer collection, and so do I.
